Congratulations on joining the 7-Day Challenge to unlock your potential! If you’ve completed it before, well done for your perseverance. This challenge can be applied to all areas of your life – just rinse and repeat!
The goal is to help you build better habits, stick to them, and enjoy more happiness and success in everything you do. Each daily challenge is based on proven learning methods that build upon one another. Think of it like going to the gym – you need consistent habits to see results. The same principle applies here. While research shows it takes about 21 days or repetitions to form a habit, the best habits are worth keeping for life.
Each day, simply log in to watch a short video (5-7 minutes), or read the content, and complete your daily intentions. Then, apply that day’s challenge to your daily routine. At the end of the day, complete the reflective questions and daily well-being check. This isn’t just about learning something new – it’s about training your subconscious to create lasting habits. For example, the well-being check might ask if you had a meaningful conversation with someone you care about. By asking yourself this every day, your subconscious will start seeking out those opportunities. You’ll learn more about this technique in Day 1.
Once you’re familiar with the daily challenges, you’ll only need to revisit the content for a quick refresher. Simply log in each day to complete your intentions, reflections and well-being checks.
We know life can sometimes get in the way, and it’s okay if you miss a day. Just pick up where you left off or double up to catch up – it’s up to you. The more you repeat the challenge, the stronger your habits will become.
As the saying goes, “Bad habits may be hard to break, but good habits are much better to make!” Trust us – they’re worth it.
After completing the 7-Day Challenge, you’ll move to the next phase of the coaching program. You can either coach yourself or work with one of our expert coaches. Each week introduces a new coaching method or topic, and you’ll apply the daily challenges to that week’s focus. If you’re working with a coach, make sure you’ve booked your first session.
