A CYC business coach is a qualified professional who helps companies and employees improve team engagement and enhance the culture to provide a safe, happy and harmonious work environment.
If your annual turnover rate is above the national average of 12-14%, and your employees are leaving in droves, it’s time. If you need to cut costs on recruitment and empower your existing workforce, then a CYC program is for you and your business.
Depends on the size of your workforce, eg. 100 employees may take up to 12 months. We suggest the program is offered to all employees voluntarily to ensure it grows organically. Each employee will complete the program over approximately a 12 week period.
