💛 Be More Social – Donate to Real Change, Not Just a Cause

July 2, 2025 – Gold Coast (God’s Country)

G’day, legends.

Today we make it official:
Choose Your Chapter (CYC) is now accepting donations on behalf of charities around the world. Every dollar raised will be redistributed to individuals and organisations doing the real work — helping real people in real need.

To start with, we’re backing two homegrown legends:

💙 The Better Bloke Project, led by Matty Rogers and his crew

💌 Letters of Hope, founded by the incredible Abbie Williams

And there’ll be more — many more — from every corner of the world.

Because this isn’t just about raising money.
It’s about raising humanity.

🌍 Why Are We Doing This?
Because the world’s gone mad.
Technology was meant to bring us together — but instead, it’s ripping us apart.

We’re killing each other with disconnection.
With screens. With silence. With the constant buzz of noise that never really says anything.

So, what if we flipped the script?

What if we used technology to give, to laugh, to reconnect — and to help charities that need funding, not just branding?

🐾 A Walk Through God’s Country
Over the past four months, I’ve been walking the streets of Surfers Paradise with my sidekick Pip — off-lead, heart open, message loud.
I call this place “God’s Country” — not for religion, but for rebirth. For the sun. For the gold. For the coast that raised me and keeps reminding me who I am.

Born in Hornsby. Raised in Forestville.
Shaped by Cameray, conflict, and conversations with strangers all around the world — from castles of wealth to corners of poverty.
And everywhere in between, I saw the same thing: people searching. People hurting. People pretending they’re okay.

I wasn’t okay either.
Not until I stopped trying to fix everyone and everything, and started focusing on strengths.
Mine. Yours. Ours.

From Strengths to Setbacks to Something Stronger

I thought I’d found the solution in my Strengths.
It made sense.
Until it didn’t — until it became just another product. Another system. Another money-making machine.

So I stopped selling.
And I started walking.

And then, on February 13 and 14, 2025, I hit the bottom.
Call it a spiritual awakening. Call it a mental breakdown.
I call it coming back to life.

That’s when this all began.
A new chapter. A new movement. A new way of giving.

💸 Let’s Talk About the Money
I’ve been threatened with fines for letting Pip walk off-lead.
Told I can’t say what I say.
Told I’ll be punished if I don’t follow the rules.

Well, go ahead.
Fine me. I’ll pay it.
Then I’ll use the receipt as a ticket to talk to Tom Tate himself and ask:

“Are you in on the joke? Or are you the joke?”

Because I’m tired of playing the game.
It’s time to change the game.

If you want to donate $1, great.
If you want to donate $1,000,000 — even better.
But whatever comes in, we’ll redirect it out. To people. To charities. To communities.

No middlemen. No gatekeepers.
Just humanity backing humanity.

🙏 We’re All Charity Cases
After 52 years on this earth, let me tell you the truth:
Everyone is a charity case. Including me. Including you.

So let’s give more.
Laugh more.
Live more.
Be More.

💬 Three Questions Before You Go:
Why do we need to be more social?
Because connection is the cure. And disconnection is the disease.

How are we going to be more social?
By talking again. By walking again. By giving a damn again.

What do you have to do to be more humane?
Be curious. Be kind. Be real. And when in doubt, say “G’day.”

Thanks for reading. Thanks for being here.

Be More Social.
Simply say, “G’day.

🎥 Be More Social – Elevate Language: July 2, 2025

G’day, g’day, g’day. It’s Wednesday.
The second of July, 2025.
A day to remember — and a day to forget.

Thirty years ago, I found out the person I thought was my soulmate was cheating on me.
That moment broke me — but it also began the ride of a lifetime.

From heartbreak to healing. From silence to speaking out.
Today, I share my story as part of the Be More Social movement — a movement 30 years in the making.

If you’re watching this, it’s not by accident.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, your purpose, and your people — welcome aboard.
If not, feel free to scroll on. No hard feelings.

This isn’t just a video. It’s a beginning.

In six days, I turn 52 — the same number of years my parents were married before my mum passed.
Yesterday was their wedding anniversary.
And today, I realise I’ve been walking this path since before I was born.

This is more than a personal story.
This is the start of the Be More Social Global Development Challenge.
Ten minutes a day to recharge, realign, and remember who you are.

💬 Feeling burnt out? Distracted? Lost in the noise of work, social media, and everyone else’s expectations?

Let’s change that.

Reconnect with what matters:
Family. Friends. Purpose. Peace.

🌀 I’ve lived a life of highs, lows, betrayals, and breakthroughs.
I’ve started businesses, led movements, mentored strangers, raised families across borders, and lost parts of myself in the process.
But I’ve always come back to this truth:

“Everything happens for a reason — even if you don’t see it yet.”

I’ve been tired. Broken. Awake at 3:33am too many times to count.
But still here. Still talking. Still creating.
Because that’s what I do. That’s who I am.

And now? I’m building something bigger than me.

A movement.
A mission.
A message.

📡 The Be More Social Challenge isn’t just for today.
It’s for the next generation.
It’s for the kid who was told “thou shalt not” and did anyway — for 35 years — before figuring out how to breathe again.

This message is for you.

Whether you’re in Australia, the Philippines, Pakistan, New York, or Nigeria —
If you’re still breathing, you’ve still got time.

To learn. To laugh. To reconnect.
To Be More.

So let’s do this.

Join the challenge. Start today.
Not because I told you to — but because deep down, you know you’re meant for more.

Be More Social.
Simply say, “G’day.”
