You can’t use what you don’t see. Most people go through life on autopilot, reacting to whatever comes their way, never stopping to realise what actually makes them strong. But what if I told you your greatest strengths are already there, just waiting for you to tap into them?

đź’ˇ What are the three levels of awareness?
First, there’s unconscious incompetence, when you don’t even realise what you don’t know.
Then, there’s conscious incompetence, when you start becoming aware but don’t quite know what to do with it yet.
And finally, there’s conscious competence, when you begin using what you’ve learned with intention. When you’re working within your strengths zone.

Most people get stuck in the first two. But when you hit that third level. When you truly see and understand your strengths. You stop second-guessing yourself. You stop trying to be like everyone else. Instead, you start owning what makes you different and using it to your advantage.

💡 What’s in it for you?
Once you become aware of your strengths, you’re no longer running blind. You gain clarity. You gain confidence. And suddenly, making decisions, taking action, and showing up at your best becomes second nature. What we call unconscious competence. 📢 Have you ever stopped to listen to how you speak to yourself?
The words you use… out loud and in your own mind… How they shape the way you see yourself and the world around you. If you constantly tell yourself you’re not good enough, not smart enough, or not capable, guess what? You will believe it, because you’re right. But when you shift your language, you shift your reality.

🔥 Why would you want to listen?
Your brain is always listening to you. The words you choose become the lens through which you see life. If you tell yourself, “I can’t do this”, your brain will find proof that you’re right. But if you say, “I am figuring this out”, your brain starts looking for solutions instead.

đź’ˇ How does empowering language unlock your strengths?
Every time you speak, you reinforce a belief. Either a belief that builds you up or one that holds you back.

For example weak language might be, “I’ll try.”
Where empowering language would be, “I will.”

And weak language might be, “I have to, I have no choice.”
Where empowering language would be, “I choose to.”

Small shifts like these retrain your brain to see possibilities instead of problems. And when you start speaking from your strengths, you don’t just sound confident. You become confident.

There are three stages to learning:
