“You only regret the chances you don’t take.”

Unknown

Is it decision time… do you have what it takes to be a professional athlete? Do you have what you need to make it – emotionally, mentally as well as physically?

Talent will not get you there alone. You need to be prepared for the highs and lows, the peaks and the troughs, but most importantly life outside of sport.

You already know only 1% of athletes are good enough to make a living as professional sportsmen and women, so if you are given the chance you need to grab your opportunity with both hands.

It’s all in or all out. You may only have one chance.

All the physical training you’ve put yourself through will prepare you for the big event, however, will you be prepared for the rest. It’s well documented that elite athletes face depression, stress and anxiety during and after their careers. Alcohol, gambling, and drugs become an option. Worst case scenario being suicide.

This is real and if you are serious about becoming a professional athlete, now is the time to address these serious issues.

We’re here to help. For more information contact us below or click here to read more about becoming a professional athlete and developing your emotional and mental fitness.
