The problems are national online learning completion rates (17-19%), employee engagement (32-34%), unemployment rates (6-10%), talent development (too low)*.

How
The Focus On Your Strengths Udemy course offers students, employees, job seekers and the general population the ability to nurture individual and team talents and develop them into mature strengths. Partners and affiliates, like you, are given the opportunity to promote, market and deliver the course at cost or below, depending on volume and your level of engagement.
Current Global Enrolments
Our Udemy course was launched on Australia Day 2017 (January 26th), within 10 weeks over 1300 students have enrolled in over 92 countries. However, with only 4% participation in Australia, our objective is to increase enrolments at home first, then focus internationally.
The Udemy course is aligned with the Clifton StrengthsFinder® profiling tool ($US15). A tool developed by US data and research company Gallup, Inc®.
What (is on offer)
Partners may display the course on websites, social media, email distribution along with other marketing strategies. We envision this course being a prerequisite to studies, employment and ongoing professional development. Once downloaded, the user has the course for life (including all updated versions).
